Refund policy
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days from the shipping date of your order from Jemaly.com. The items should be in perfect condition, unworn/unwashed and have all tickets attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging their items. Refunds are only issued after the items are received, inspected, and approved for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above requirements.
There are two easy ways to start a return:

2. Email myorder@jemaly.com
You'll need your order ID and zip code to complete the process.
Once complete, please repackage the returned items along with either the original shipping bag or packaging of your choice (make sure there are no other labels on it), and apply your shipping label. When we receive your return, we will credit your original form of payment, and send you an email to let you know it has been processed.
When can I expect my refund?
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
