Pre-orders will be shipped on or about the date written on the product page. Sometimes, shipping times may take longer than posted.

You have 15 days from the delivery date of your order to return your purchase from Jemaly.com.  The items should be in perfect condition, unworn/unwashed, and have all tags attached. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Yes, we can help with exchanges! Simply email us at myorder@jemaly.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure all items are unworn and returned with their original tags attached.

Once your order is placed, it usually takes 2–4 business days to be shipped out, and may take longer during peak seasons (Ramadan and Eid). Delivery takes about 5-8 business days after leaving the warehouse. To avoid delays, we encourage ordering early whenever possible. Thank you so much for your understanding and patience!
